DeVore and Associates was established in the 1980's in Orange County California as a soley owned full service real estate agency serving the Southern California area. The owner/broker was and still is Lee DeVore. The business operated continually until July of 1995 when the DeVore family  moved to Twin Falls Idaho. 

Lee has retained a Real Estate Brokers license in California, but is now operating DeVore and Associates, a limited liability company here in Twin Falls Idaho. We currently have 3 agents working for the company and a full time office manager. Although a small agency by choice, we specialize in personalized service and average over 30 listings at any one time. We are active in residential, residential income, land, farms and commercial real estate. We are also involved in some development and building in the area.

We have many years of experience in residential and commercial property sales as well as with residential income property. We work with a number of investors from Idaho and from out of state, who have purchased many of our listings in the Twin Falls area, and will continue to do so in the future.
